Erin Wasson photographed by Nan Goldin for Scanlan & Theodore
The intensely independent Scanlan & Theodore has opened itself up to the most intimate of interpretations yet through commissioning renowned photographer Nan Goldin to capture their Spring Summer 2010 collection on Erin Wasson.
Here is a sneak peek – as seen in Russh magazine’s latest issue.

Ellery Dare to Flare
NEW season samples means NEW season shapes and this summer forget the poplin skirt, it’s the way you wear your pants that will define the silhouette de jour.
Ellery wowed (and slightly intimidated) with her flashback to the Seventies and a full-flowing flare. The black flare with leather panelling is this summer’s glamorous answer to the slouchy harems of last season. Not for the faint-hearted but those who dare definitely win…
Lindy Klim hosted last nights Madison Magazines Sex, Frocks and Rock N Roll party at University of Sydney Great Hall. Looking stunning in a SS10 silver sequined ELLERY dress, Lindy entertained a stella crowd including Ruby Rose, rock royality Leah Wood, actress Sophie Lowe, singer Danielle Spencer (Mrs Russel Crowe) and designers Camilla and Marc and Kym Ellery.

Bassike Galah Bodysuit
This mouthy Australian native has now found itself a modern fashion icon. Bassike debuted their galah print to rave reviews at Rosemount Australian Fashion Week and the hotly requested samples have just landed at EVH.

It’s time for Australia to jump on the Girls Aloud bandwagon. Cheryl, in particular, is huge in the UK with the nation tuning in week-after-week to watch XFactor just to see what she’d be wearing. She even made British Vogue’s A-list with editor Alexandra Shulman making the bold but timely move of featuring her on the cover of the February 2009 issue. L’oreal quickly followed suit and announced her as their new spokeswoman while British designer Julian McDonald made couture creations for her to wear on the XFactor. More recently we spotted in head-to-toe Superfine, wearing the Night Time Jacket and Acid Wash Jeans, while band mate Nicola Roberts wore Superfine’s Work Jeans. So, if you weren’t fans before…

If, like us, you’re already feeling the wrath of winter’s scorn, here’s something to get you excited about for summer now… Ellery has finally launched into sunglasses and they are a collaboration with shades supremo Graz and are, as expected, completely what we’re needing. Slightly Fifties in shape but not overtly trend-driven, this is a style that will safely fall into your ‘forever’ catergory, transcending from season-to-season. The collection is called Ellery et Graz and we are loving the slightly feline frame which should suit most face-shapes! Ellery et Graz shades for spring/summer 2010 are available now from Elleryland.com and are $335 each.
If you haven’t been in to see GALA jewellery yet, we’ll forgive you for now. It’s only designer Jasmine O’loghlin-Glover’s first collection under her own label, but trust me, GALA is a fashion editor’s dream to shoot and the new I-can’t-live-without-that-bowtie-choker obsession label for those who enjoy statement jewellery. Stylebubble.co.uk’s Susie Bubble was quick to post on GALA, with Topshop contacting Jasmine for a designer collaboration!
