The Metalicus vision for spring/summer 2010 can be summed up in two words – colour blocking. There’s no hiding behind a muted palette of chalky shades come November, which must be a relief for fashion editors’ and anyone without a naturally bronzed glow. The crème de la crème of Australia’s fashion press including Harpers’ Edwina Mccann, Russh’s Jess Blanch and Vogue’s Meg Gray attended the morning show with coffee, pastries and twenty-three ultra-feminine summer looks to set the pace for the rest of the day.
