There’s not been a lot of work going on here today, because pretty much all day we’ve been glued to the live stream of SHOWstudio’s first film of the year. Starring ultra-cool model Karlie Kloss, the film showed behind-the-scenes footage of photography royalty Nick Knight shooting a catalogue of our designer collaborations. The pieces that have been created by NEWgen winners just for you found their way onto the film and we’ve been entranced. In fact, seeing Karlie pulling moves in Mary Katrantzou’s collection was almost more than we could handle – the pieces are incredible and we can’t wait for them to touch down in February! Mary’s signature prints are in evidence, as well as her beautiful Pheasant Dream dress, which absolutely every girl at Topshop HQ is lusting after. A flash of colour and and a dash of style perfection – we don’t think we’ve ever been so excited!

Jennifer Lopez wears DITA Eyewear

Longtime DITA coveteur Jennifer Lopez, was spotted in New York on February 1, 2012 wearing DITA Mach-One frames. Jennifer’s frame of choice has also been worn by Usher and T.I.

The special frames have 18k gold detailing, titanium and injected plastic frames and are carefully handcrafted in Japan by DITA veteran artisans.

Topshop and Topman appoint EVH PR to manage Australian Communications

Topshop and Topman, the UK-based retail fashion phenomena, are pleased to announce that both brands have appointed EVH PR to manage all Australian media relations and communications.

After months of speculation Topshop and Topman officially launched in Australia in December 2011, in a franchise partnership with Mr. Hilton Seskin of Next Athleisure that saw Australia become the 32nd country worldwide to be home to both brands. The first Australian store in Melbourne is a 1300m² retail space on Chapel Street. A Sydney store is planned for completion August 2012.

As Topshop and Topman’s retained Australian PR agency, EVH will work alongside Topshop and Topman’s in-house teams in the planning and management of both brands communications strategies and are the point of contact for the Australian media on all brand related enquires and requests.

Sydney, 2nd December 2011: Louis Vuitton, the world’s leading luxury brand today unveiled Australia’s first ever Maison on George Street, Sydney. The opening of the Louis Vuitton Maison coincides with the 25th anniversary of Louis Vuitton in Australia. The official inauguration ceremony was presided over by international Louis Vuitton executives, Yves Carcelle, Chairman and CEO of Louis Vuitton, Jean-Baptiste Debains, President of Louis Vuitton Asia Pacific and Phillip Corne, Chief Executive Officer of Louis Vuitton Oceania.

In the evening, a red carpet cocktail event was held at the 365 George Street, Louis Vuitton Maison.
